The FocusLocus Executive Board & General Assembly Meeting took place on 12 February 2018 and was hosted at the premises of NCSR “Demokritos” in Athens. Consortium partners that were not able to physically attend the workshop, had the option to attend it via a remote connection. The objective of the meeting was to bring together the members of the FocusLocus consortium in order to i) present project’s current status ii) present ethics related activities and discuss monitoring activities, iii) present the game content and receive relevant feedback iv) decide on next development steps, v) discuss website maintenance activities , vi) present the pilot preparation activities, identified risks and open issues, vii) present the latest developments and outstanding issues and discuss the FocusLocus dissemination opportunities, viii) present the schedule for the upcoming meetings, reports and reviews.
